On the former industrial site 'strijp-R' in the city of Eindhoven, the Atlas House is being erected. Works have reached the second floor whilst topping out will take place around mid april. Load bearing walls as well as exterior walls are layed in double height ceramic bricks.
The second edition of the publication 'Building Upon Building' by Jantje Engels and Marius Grootveld is published by Nai010 and will be launched at the Architecture Association in London on the 23th of March. Monadnock contributed to this publication with a proposal for an extension of the Dutch Parliament in The Hague.
